I'm in the final weeks of finishing the Village Medical Manual 7th edition in InDesign. I bought the program, recommendation of some PB members, and learned to use it on my own, enough to finish the project, anyway. It wasn't easy, but the result is very good. Now a friend is preparing for putting it on a tablet for use in missions, in creative-access areas. I'd like to know what needs to be done to create hyperlinks and whatever else needs to be done. Is there some book out there that puts it all together in an understandable form? We are visualizing something like I-Pad. Kindle won't do. I downloaded the Washington Manual of Medical Therapeutics on Kindle; it's impossible to read the charts and impossible to magnify them.
