Yes; note the purpose: "Originally created when the Federal Vision was before a PCA Generally Assembly, this forum now exists to generally discuss actions in Presbyterian Church courts. It is only visible to those requesting and receiving admission to aid discussion of perhaps sensitive, controversial and possible divisive topics, in which the rest of the board may not have an interest. Actions by Presbyteries, Synods and General Assemblies may be discussed here as well as finer points of Presbyterian polity. Discuss actions by or before courts of the PCA, OPC, ARP, and other Presbyterian bodies."

Thanks for that. Presumably it would be competent to discuss matters from the Scottish Presbyterian churches in this forum too?
