President Madura invested heavily in vote counting software with specific features to allow "adjustment" of election results. He believes that the state of Georgia stole his intellectual property when they used the said software. Having commissioned the features, President Madura asserts that he owns the intellectual rights. Using his software without a license is theft. Ironically the US has held China accountable for such theft of intellectual property but seems reluctant to own up when it does the same. So says President Madura.
