You are so prog that you are post-prog...you make other proggers look like american idol fans.....If you were any more prog, you would be wired into a system that sustains your respiratory system by feeding you nothing but self-indulgent, really long, live dream theater....I can't describe your progginess accurately!!!!!:sing:

HAHAHA!! Yes, Dream Theater was my favorite band for a long time, and I am too proggy to be accurately described!! Post-prog probably fits!

Although those 80s Crimson albums had some incredible pop songs on them.

Some of my fav's from "back in the day"

Black Flag
Waterboys
The Clash
REM
The Rollins Band
the Violent Femmes
The Cure
Echo and the Bunnymen
U2
The Pogues
The Furs
The Jesus and Mary Chain (i still like the sound only now i am embarassed by the name)

*edit* sorry i just got lost in thought and listed the bands and not the singles but i was very "anti-singles" back then. the whole concept of "a single" was a "sell out to pop corporatism"
