All the works, as of this morning, that Puritan Publications has published, are now republished to the Kindle with an active table of contents in them.
The KDP site has, what I will call, a secret handshake that needed to be placed in the code of the book in order for the table to work (something they neglect to tell people and lots of people are having a problem with it. Their FAQ and community board are no help).
So, three days later, and lots of editing for Kindle readers, all the books have this table.
Keep in mind that the Puritan Shop and the Lulu ebook downloads all have active tables. KDP stripped them out unless you placed in special code before uploading them. In any case, they are all fixed for Kindle readers who download off the Amazon site.
