I would wholeheartedly recommend subscribing to the Puritan Reformed Journal. I am in no way affiliated with the school; but I was searching the PRTS website recently and came across the journal.
It is published semi-annually and the whole year is only $20. My two issues for 2009 came last week and there is over 500 pages of high quality material from authors such as Joel Beeke, Daniel Hyde, Richard Baxter, and many more. I spent much of yesterday reading the journal and profiting from it. Maybe everyone knows about it, but I didn't and am glad I got it.
