Puritan Board Junior
Hello, I was wanting to know if anybody more knowledgeable about these resources may help me out. I am trying to search EEBO-TCP for Puritan/Non-Conformists works. I have two "lists" I can search, but I do not have time to go through each of the books. I have taken the index from Calamys "Non Conformists Memorial" and Lyons "Original Records of Early Non-Conformity Under Persecution." The thing I like about Lyons, is he lets you know what leaning a person was by a little mark "p" for Presbyterian, "b" for Baptist, "c" for Congregational, etc. This helps me not include Quakers or Papists, etc in the links for an index I am creating. My question is are these two works similar; or would I be missing names if I chose to use Lyons instead of Calamys. Thank you in advance for any help, it is much appreciated.
