Puritan Board Doctor
Copies of this book seems to be as rare as hen's teeth (or a properly folded fitted sheet).

The lowest price currently on Amazon is just under $125.

Someone on the Puritan Board was looking for a copy 10 years ago and got nowhere. Looks like prospects haven't improved since then.

Sigh.

Muller's works have a tendency of running out of print and then becoming astronomically expensive. The Unaccommodated Calvin and Post-Reformation Reformed Dogmatics are the same way. Lowest price on Amazon for the latter is $389, used!

Thanks, Daniel and Steve, for demonstrating the problem. I wonder if OUP could be persuaded to bring it back into print. Or maybe RHB could talk OUP into giving them the re-print rights.

Is that book a stand-alone monograph or is it basically a number of different essays collected together? If the latter, you could probably track down the original articles/chapters on PDFs.

Looks like Google Books is offering this as an ePDF for ~$150. Why so expensive? Hopefully it's a good book, at the very least.
