Ryle's Expository Thoughts on the Gospels

For Ryle's books in this set on the Gospel of John, he includes explanatory notes on each verse, but they are in much smaller type than the rest of the writing.

Is there any publication/edition where these notes are in the same font size as the rest of the words?

For old eyes, any help is appreciated.
