To the new people on the board,
I was going to post a thread asking about fasting because I am starting a fast tomorrow. I wanted to know what everyone thought and the discipline thereof. But, I didn't.
I would like to encourage the newer users, viz. Freshmen, to search the archives of PB to find what has been spoken of before. Mr. VirginiaHugeunot posted some very relevant things that answered my questions. There were many threads re:fasting so most of my questions were answered.
Now, this does not say that you should not post. No sir'ee. There are many questions and ideas that do need rehashing especially with new people who have experienced or see different things. So, please post but search the archives as well to find what was said in the past. A lot of time in those older threads there are links to articles, articles posted in the threads and experiences talked of that will help.
