Can anyone who is able, please share with me historical Reformed Baptist (not modern) writings on the Church calendar, holy days, etc.?

Thank you.

Benjamin Keach has a work refuting Saturday Sabbatarians and setting forth the institution of the Lord's Day. Outside of that I'm not sure of any works dedicated to the Church Calendar. Given there was agreement among the English Non-Conformists (Presbyterian, Congrehational, Baptist) on the necessity of positive institution for Holy Days (ergo only the Lord's Day), my hunch is they rested content in the works of paedobaptists such as Ames (Fresh Suit) and Gillespie (English Popish Ceremonies) that set forth the common view between them that the government, function, worship, and doctrine of the Church is regulated by Scripture.
