Morning: Mark 7:31-37, "The Lord Jesus clears a way for the Word." This is an incredible passage! This could be described as the first instance of speaking in tongues in the New Testament. A man begins speaking perfectly in a language he had never learned (because he was born deaf).

Afternoon: Heidelberg Catechism Lord's Day 43, "The ninth commandment forbids false witness." I spent a lot of time on Christ's obedience to the law and how that ties into our justification and motivates our sanctification.

This evening my text will be Acts 4:18-20, "We cannot but speak of what we have seen and heard."
