Simon Oomius - Institutiones Theologiae Practicae book 1?

I am trying to find a scan of the first book by the Dutch Puritan Simon Oomius, named Institutiones theologicæ practicæ, ofte Onderwijsingen in de practycke der godgeleerdheid. So far all I can find are parts of the second book, but would love to read the entire set.
