Where does Luther write these words for the first time?

This appears to be a well researched article, which places the first clear occurrence in Luther’s early lectures on Romans (1515).

Interesting. I managed to track down Luther's first use of "justitia aliena" once and it was in some 1519 sermons called Triplex Justitia. I hope I got at least one of those pieces of information right because it's been a while.
