Does anyone have a recommended resources for outlines of the flow of books in scripture?

I have plenty of commentary-type resources that help with discussing a particular section of scripture. What I have found though, is that they do not spend much (or any time) talking about how the book as a whole is structured.

A couple of possibilities:

If you have Logos this is my first recommendation for outlines and book introductions:

The book introductions and outlines surpass any other study bibles I have run across.

Finding a paper copy of The Open Bible with study notes, cyclopedic index, etc., is tricky, but worth the effort, too. Many versions exist, often without the actual study notes, so search for only those versions that contain the added 4,500 study notes. Some listings on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/b/Nelson-Open-Bible/171243/bn_7023379937

Here is a version to get if still available:

A revision of the classic appears to be in the works:

I really appreciate the outlines in IVP's New Bible Commentary. I can send you an example if you are interested. There is some solid scholarship in there. Nothing too penetrating but good for an outline and introduction.
