Deuteronomy by Christopher J. H. Wright

Judges, Ruth by Daniel I. Block

Ezekiel, 2 Vols. by Daniel I. Block (technical)

In general, I would say:

John Calvin
Matthew Poole
Matthew Henry
Keil & Delitzsch
Geneva Bible Translation Notes
Annotations on the Pentateuch and the Psalms, Henry Ainsworth
The Poor Man's Old Testament Commentary, Robert Hawker

Why is the "poor man's" Old Testament Commentary by R. Hawker so expensive? Isn't that a misnomer? :D They should call it the "At one time in History this was the Poor Man's Commentary".
