I've come accross Christians who say that Christ as to His humanity, could not only not sin , but could not be ignorant of something, could not make an honest mistake, and could not suffer from any illnesses.

Are these claims a denial of Christ's full humanity?

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.(Hebrews 4:15)

Being ignorant of something Mat 24:36 "But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only." isn't the same as being able to make a mistake.

What do these people do with Luke 2:52?

And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
