Please be aware, if you aren't already, of the Internet Archive - millions of books, TV show, radio show, recordings, etc. available for free (everyone's favorite word).

One of their latest projects: professionally digitizing 25,000 78-rpm discs from back in the Olden Times (before even I was born!).

Check it out: https://archive.org

That Geocities webpage coded from scratch on Notepad you thought was bad to the bone may be saved for posterity. :cheers2: 1996

In my line of work, intellectual property related to wireless communications engineering, I use it all the time, e.g., to ferret out prior art for patent invalidity research, company business intelligence, etc.

It has also been very useful to recover past posts or content no longer available on the world wide web.

Check out the earliest version of our board here:

I remember that! When Matt and I started the board, Matt was like: "You want to do what?" My response: "Start a discussion list for the Reformed community!" Matt replied: "Why?" I laughed as I was very active on a Yahoo discussion list and The Baptist Board-at the time, Matt and I were still credo-Baptists.
