The PB is the only place avatars give me trouble

If anyone can get this to 150x150 without it getting blurry please do so. I have been wanting a pic of me that isn't "threatening" for a while now, could this be it?

Did you add some sort of effect to it? It's really washed out and pixellated.

Yea, I used some filters on it. The real pic is BRIGHT and too "in your face" for my tastes
