Many profane and careless souls, will desire to partake of Christ’s imputed righteousness to save their souls from hell, but they are not anxious to get holiness of heart and life. Others are at great pains to conform themselves to the law, in their life, but they lay so much weight upon that, that they are not solicitous for the imputed righteousness of Christ. But the sincere soul hungers for both, Christ for justification and sanctification.”
