Uncleanness

Under Levitical law, was a person who was unclean only ceremonially unlcean, or was there an inference of moral guilt (sin)? I'm thinking of a mother had just given birth, a woman with her menstrual cycle, person with a skin disease, etc. ?

Only ceremonial unclean.

The reason I ask is because of the offerings required for purification, which dealt so much with the restoration of fellowship with God, and cleansing from sin. I was also wondering if this type of uncleanness stems from original sin.
