I think White/Riddle was the peak of these debates (TR vs CT). I do not have hopes for a better one in the near future.

I've mixed feelings. I'm a CT guy and I think translations is one of White's unique strengths, yet I am not ready to say the LSB is superior to the KJV, though I have to be honest. That might be for quasi-church politics reasons.

Ross here is not advocating KJV only. He seems to emphasize if the MT is shown to be superior, it is a victory for him here, because then the LSB is better than KJV opinion is wrong because the KJV is closer to the MT.

I did not say he 'liked' the MT. But as a principle, if the debate and discussion/argument points to the MT then he 'wins' because the KJV is closer to the MT than the LSB
