What does 'dress modestly' look like?

I found this list by Al Martin to be quite clear and on target. Just wondered how it is followed in your church?

Realizing that there is always a bit of subjectivity in this, modesty is an important virtue that needs to be taught. Women teaching women this is especially important as it is from the pulpit during the ordinary course of teaching all of Scripture for all of life.
