A text I"m editing says the below. Are the Greek words acceptable or should it be corrected to Strong's οὕτως and ὡς ?

O wonderful so! Eternity will but be sufficient to unfold all that is infolded in that mysterious so; an ὁυτω that has not an ὥς, an ita that has not a sicut, a so that has not an as.

The general rule (sometimes broken), is, οὕτως before a vowel, and οὕτω before a consonant. Standing on its own it is likely that either would be acceptable, but οὕτως would be the lexical entry.

Thanks Matthew; I think I'll just do editorial insertions while leaving the original.
