Has anyone read William Gurnall's "The Christian in Complete Armour"?

What did you think of it?

A great book! Thorough! Spurgeon, Newton, and Ryle all endorse it. I endorse it. I often go back to it. It is refreshing, encouraging, convicting, and stirs up the dying embers of ardor and zeal.

I never made it all the way through. I found what i did read of it to be very helpful. I should go back and finish it one day.
