Amazon sells a 16 volume complete set of Owen, Logos has a 17 volume set, and has a 21 volume set.

Are these sets the same just packaged differently?

Works of John Owen principally concern of :
    1. 16 volumes
    2. His ''Biblical Theology''
    3. 7 volumes commentary on Hebrews.

Thus Amazon's is just the 16 volumes, Logos is The 16 + the Biblical Theology in digital format (I do not reccomend it. Owen is a classic and you will want to have it in hard cover; though noticing you want to be a chaplin, I can understand digital. Make sure you have a good tablet for reading then!), the puritan library has both but in digital format. The Puritan Library collection is the same as the 16 volume, however it is based on an older edition (in comparison to the Gould which is the basis for the Banner's edition), and is not the considered the standard edition used in scholarship. Both versions are available on the website.

    Thanks for the info.

I would much rather the hardback, but am willing to download the various volumes until funds present itself or a good brother is willing to invest in the life of this young man by giving the set.
