I wrote this song back in the 1980's for children in our church. When my daughter Bethany was born I would sing it with her a few times a week at bedtime. I wish I could share with you the melody, it is simple and very catchy. Yes, it is a childrens tune but I don't think the theology is off that much, even though I did write it when I was a dispensationalist.

    Yes, I believe

Oh, yes I believe what Jesus said
Yes I believe He rose from the dead
Yes I believe He died for me,
    on that cross at Calvary

He set me free from the burden of sin
He's coming again I'm gonna go with Him
I pray you heed His message of love
and join me on that last day in heaven above

Oh, yes I believe what Jesus said
Yes I believe He rose from the dead
Yes I believe He died for me,
    on that cross at Calvary

Okay, okay...now that I think of it, it does have a slight Arminian flavor. But hey, I was a flaming dispensationalist at the time. :D
