cambridge wide margin

I am just wondering who has a Cambridge Wide Margin and what do you have in the back of the Bible on the lined paper. I have had a Cambridge Wide Margin for a few months now and not had any ideas for what to write in the lined paper. Any Ideas? (Pictures would be great)
