1. Are non-ordained lay people allowed to attend GA meetings?

2. What are the major issues for discussion this year?

You can attend. You just can't vote.

If you check the PCA web site under GA 2005, you can read the various resolutions that will be coming up. That should give you a feel for what issues will be discussed.

How would I go about attending? Do I need a pass to show I am a PCA member, for example? Or can I just show up, and find a place to sit?

In the past they have had a separate section for observers. You do not need a pass or anything to get into the observer section. The commissioners wear a badge to identify them, and only folks with badges are allowed "on the floor" of GA.

Corry,

You can go!! As Tom noted, you can go as an observer. There will be all kinds of booths and stuff to check out.
