Adolph Saphir material?

[classicalkev]

Any of you guys ever read behind him? I've seen him referenced in Pink's commentary on Hebrews.

Could you provide some info on him and recommend material?

Adolf Saphir was a young Hungarian Jew when he was converted. After achieving his MA from the University of Glasgow, he became a Presbyterian minister. His commentary on Hebrews is worth reading, especially for laymen.
Pastors might need something a little more current to address today's issues as well.
