Just wondered if any of the IT folks here who are techs/analysts/architects/managers have been implementing this in your organization?
I completed Foundations training about a month ago and Service Operation about 2 weeks ago and will be taking Service Transition next week.
I find the framework to be a very useful way to organize one's thoughts/activities in the management of IT across an Enterprise.
