App for multiple Twitter and FB accounts

All,

I am looking for a good solution to post updates to multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts. Basically, I often want to post church updates to the Church Twitter, FB and my personal accounts (and maybe more). I am looking specifically for recommendations that make it easier to do such multiple account posting:

• on an iOs device
• Using a web browser
• Using a desktop app

Please let me know what I should use. Thanks!
