Book of Common Prayer

I looked in my copy of the Book of Common Prayer and found a few prayers to pray for the sick. I was wondering if anyone had any other prayers that they knew of. Did Calvin or Luther or any of the Puritans have any specific prayers that they used when praying for the sick?
