Puritan Board Senior
Some of the presents I have appreciated
- ties - really like some of the Looney Tunes ties
- fountain pen - sadly with over 20 fountain pens I can't justify any more
- bottle of ink - always welcome just check colours (was looking forward to gold leaf in ink until daughter burst my bubble calling it a glitter gel pen ink)
- USSR belt with bronze belt buckle - kinda a witness to a failed system (in my mind)
- commentaries - coming to the end of Malachi and thinking about ordering new commentaries - Amazon gift cards welcome but EBAY, ABE or ICM books direct often cheaper and last is a Christian book dealer!
- family cook book - I did plan to do a desktop publishing job and have the word doc with all my favorite recipes but cant get a cheap thermal binder online under £50
- Apple Jelly - homemade from our own tree which took 16 years to give a crop! (very nostalgic and linked to memories of my grandfather)
- box set of John Wayne films - good present for my Dad
- Film memorabilia? - for me it is Babylon 5 - I have the books which detail where the TV series would have gone, the cookbook, the graphic novels and a script from one of the deepest episodes
- FM broadcast unit - originally designed for the car it lets me broadcast my computer/alexa/mp3 player throughout the house (it's also cheap)
- beard balm - trying to encourage my son not to shave
- Torch - lego man or other novelty torch - we are always losing/misplacing torches

Those are very fun, Eoghan. Our son wants the beard oil and I wonder if it comes with no scent. Will have to do some checking. One of my favorite gifts came from my hubby who gave me a seed wreath to feed the birds outside our family room. It changed my life because we are now great lovers and feeders of birds and enjoy their antics. God has blessed us with these little creatures.

This year we got each family unit a piece of Scripture wall art from Hobby Lobby. All the shopping was done within minutes and delivered to our door. And, what better gift to receive than the Scriptures?

Faffing about getting ready for next study on Psalms I find myself reconsidering the P25, iltalic nib, X-feather again and looking at my fountain pen inventory andk inks.

Just realise how much I like my pen case, a small briefcase which holds (literally) thirty pens. I really like it and think it would make a great present for anyone into fountain pens.

Aftershave - I really only like two one which is cedar wood the other comes in a glass pine cone and is scots pine scented(?) Very appropriate suggestion to give on St Andrews Day. Both scents are woodmans/masculine scents I can appreciate but no longer are available in shops. Online ordering only!

Christmas present? One seems obvious "A Dispute Against the English Popish Ceremonies" by George Gillespie.

You can’t go wrong if you gift from the three categories of: alcohol, tobacco, and/or firearms.

The government agrees with your sentiment so much that they formed an entire agency to distribute gifts from those three categories. Or maybe I’m misunderstanding the mission of the ATF.....
