Hi friends,

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this particular question or not.

I'm looking for biblical examples/verses which refute the Pelagian idea that command implies ability. This teaching underlies the practice of certain hyperists that I know who deny the gospel is to be declared to the unregenerate.

Or, if you can refer me to certain works which treat of this subject, please let me know. I know that Luther treats of it somewhat when responding to Erasmus in the Bondage of the Will.

Thanks for your help.
