I forgot I started that thread. I pass by that prayer shack a few times each week. It's on New Hampshire Ave. just south of Ednor road near Olney.

Back in the early 70's my wife taught at a Baptist school in Gainesville, FL. We would meet their worship attendance requirement by going to their drive-in service then head off to our Presbyterian Church.

Right at the end when asked if God turns up the 'pastor' says 'I know SHE does' ....

Grand Rapids has a drive through (or up) church as well. Of course, we have one of each kind of church here in Grand Rapids.

I like the one woman who said, while sitting in her vehicle, "that it is great to worship in the great outdoors that the Lord has made for us, to here His word...outside."

"Since I have been retired I've decided to maybe take the easy way and sit in the car."

I guess its all about what man gets out of church is the answer!
