The framers of the BCO and the PCA generally do not share Matt's views on the institutional church.

Which means they reject the view of the WCF and the reformation.

JohnV is right in the way this is tricky.

One would have to come to establish norms across the board to avoid the problems here.

That is why the Reformation relied on the Insitutes, and the Westminster Assembly relied on the Solemn League and the Insistutes.
