Foreign Printer Driver

I am in a bit of a pickle. I no longer have a printer (though it is sitting right in front of me, laughing at me audibly) because the driver got deleted. The problem? It is an Epson ME, only available in China and therefore the driver is only available on Chinese websites. I don't read enough technical Chinese to find and download it. I have googled 'Epson ME driver' and even found a couple of files that *should* work (and they don't) so I'm back to square one.

Any insights would be appreciated.

Do you have any more details about the printer? Is it just called an Epson ME or does it have numbers after it (ie. Epson ME 1120)?

I don't have the driver yet, but I do have a faint glimmer of hope...
