Going to Denmark for 6 weeks - any suggestions for day trips?

A "special opportunity" for my job...

I will probably run down into Germany and up into Norway - looking for opportunities :)
 
Denmark is awesome. Go to Skagen (pronounced Skane), the northern-most town in Denmark. They have awesome fish n chips there and you can also walk out on the point and stand on the northern-most land in the country, and see where the North Sea and the Atlantic meet each other.
 
Go see the statue of the "little mermaid"! :lol:

(It's the only thing I know about Denmark!)
 
There ought to be a "Kierkegaard Lived Here" plaque somewhere in Copenhagan. Oh, and there's probably wonderful Copenhagen tobacco.
