Going to Denmark for 6 weeks - any suggestions for day trips?

I will probably run down into Germany and up into Norway - looking for opportunities

It shouldn't take you too long to get to Wittenberg.

Denmark is awesome. Go to Skagen (pronounced Skane), the northern-most town in Denmark. They have awesome fish n chips there and you can also walk out on the point and stand on the northern-most land in the country, and see where the North Sea and the Atlantic meet each other.
