Hell - For Man or Satan?

Concerning election: as Calvinists, we agree that God has predestined some to salvation, and some to damnation (double predestination). If those who are elect were predestined before the foundation of the world, this implies that those that are damned were also predestined to be reprobate concomitant with His choice in the election of some to salvation. My question is this: How do we as Calvinists reply to what Jesus says in Matthew?

"Then He will also say to those on His left, `Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels." (Matthew 25:41)

Surely God knew He would predestine some to Hell even before He created the angels or Satan or even Hell itself. Why then did Jesus not say that Hell was created for reprobate men and Satan instead of specifically for Satan and his angels?

(i did a search and couldnt find a post related to this topic here on pb)
