Do the Reformed ever speak on:
1) The degree of punishment in Hell increasing either until eternity or until the day of judgment or just staying the same forever.
2) Infants dying with only original sin being punished only with punishment of loss
I’ve never seen anything explicit on 1. I’ve read Mastricht say loss and sense cannot be separated in Hell, though Thomas argues against this because he thinks it’s disproportionate punishment.
