Historic Premil

I know Ladd has a commentary on Revelation, is there any other Historic Premil commentaries to look at?

I think--but can't say for sure--that Beasley-Murray is historic premil. Don't know, though.

One of the better know books is E.B. Elliot's Horae Apocalypticae (Hours with the Apocalypse). You can find some it online here and in other places on the web (just search).
