Incomprehensibility

I was wondering if anyone had any resourge suggestions concerning the God being incomprehensible. Brief reading about the Clark/Van Til controversy prompted my interest in this particular area, so anything written by either of those two would be a plus. Thanks!

You could consult Thomas Aquinas, Summa Theologica, Part I, Question 12, Article 7:

That God is incomprehensible is a commonplace of Christian theology, and an assertion of Scripture (e.g., Romans 11:33-36).

Glad it helped!

Reminds me of a time when I was trying to find a journal article about the mutual indwelling of the Persons of the Trinity and some term therein Owen took issue with. Only after I figured out that circumincession was the word I really needed was I able to locate the item needed. Thankfully, in absence of a reverse theological dictionary (meanings first, then the name), I have found PB to be the next best thing.
