J. B. Marsden ???

Is anyone familiar with this work: History of the Early Puritans Vol.1(up to 1642) and History of the Later Puritans (from 1642 to 1662) by J. B. Marsden. If you have a thought on these, please let me know. I'm considering purchasing a set. Also, how do they stack up against Daniel Neal's History of the Puritans, if you happen to know and thanks again for your help and illumination.

I have this work. It's helpful. I wish it had an index. Neal's History of the Puritans is excellent (allowing for his Independent slant).
