To be published in September:
Acts: An Exegetical Commentary: Volume 1: Introduction and 1:1-2:47 by Craig S. Keener (Grand Rapids: Baker Academic, 2012).
This is to be a four volume commentary on Acts. As you can see by the title, Volume 1 covers introductory matters and just the first two chapters of Luke's book. This volume is nearly 1,100 pages long, by the way.
Wow.
PS: I can remember reading, in years gone by, complaints when commentaries began expanding into two volumes. Now, we're getting into three and four volumes. There's just so much scholarship to be kept up with these days, I guess (especially for the technical, academic commentaries).
