Looking for Muller Article

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find the journal article "The Spirit and the Covenant: John Gill’s Critique of the Pactum Salutis?" I searched the archives of the journal foundations, and yet I could not find it anywhere.

I thought I had it in my email files. I printed it out a few years ago but I am almost positive I got it from EBSCO. Let me look for it.

Thanks. I've looked at EBSCO and several other databases and have been unable to find it! Only journal article of Muller that I'm missing.
