Puritan Board Doctor
The Reformed world - and the PCA in particular - has lost two of its most godly leaders within a month of each other: Morton H. Smith (one of the PCA's founders, as you all know) on November 12th, at 93, and R. C. Sproul (excellent teacher and prolific author) on December 14th, at 78.

These two men leave a fragrant witness behind them, and are now being rewarded for their labors. And we know that our God is always raising up new workers for his fields.

RIP, gentlemen.

(I thought it interesting that Sproul was sufficiently known to the "outside" world that his death was noticed by both the Washington Post and USA Today.)
