I am considering getting my daughter one of the Book of Psalms for Worship Mini Psalters. It says that they are only 4" by 6". My concern with it being that small is the size of the wording. I have never seen one before. My worry would be that the words and music would be too tiny for her to read. For those who have seen them, are the words too small? How is the quality?

I've got one. The print's a great size. The cover's kind of cheap and a bit inflexible, but it's a quality sewn binding. It's very well done.
There's also a fantastic ipod application that has the entire Book of Psalms for Worship on it.

This program includes the lyrics, tunes for nearly all of the psalms, musical arrangements, and is one of the highest quality iphone applications I've used. It is also regularly updated to add new features and fix bugs. It's well worth the $10.
They also have a less-heavily featured one for the Scottish Metrical Psalter:

We have mini Psalters galore. I carry one in my bag. We use them regularly for family worship- we have at least 6 of them in the home, and I have two in the study. The font size is great.
Suggestion: For our children's we covered them with clear book cover material just to keep the covers looking a bit fresher. We have three sons that very much boy.
If you give me your personal email address I will send you a pic of the mini on top of the maxi (?) to see the size difference. Actually, if a mod wants to put that pic up for me, that would be great. I don't know how to do that.
