I was wondering if anyone could answer this question:

Re: The non-published articles of Murray in his 'Collected Writings' - were the titles chosen by Professor Murray or the publisher? The preface really doesn't tell the reader one way or the other.

Publisher and Mrs Murray I think; some one can correct me if I'm wrong. Professor Murray requested his papers, I think the unpublished ones, or at least some of those, not be published.
