Puritan Board Senior
Sent in my registration fee! Got my plane ticket!. Got my hotel reservations! Got my committee assignment! Time to go to GA :bouncing:

Any other PCAer's going to GA in Pittsburgh? Anyone can go! But only Commissioners can vote.

Aught to be a real hoooot. Never been to Pittsburgh before. Is there anything there besides Steelers, Pirates and Penquins?

Wayne:
You could form a Rugby team: The Pittsburg Presbyters. [/quote:84819624dc]

Do you want to be on the team? :bouncy:

OPC guys can join in :handshake:

Sorry Wayne, I can't make it for the game. But you can be sure that I'll be watching on TV, especially the half time activities, commercials, etc. As long a Janet and Justin aren't included, of course.

Wayne,

I'll be there as well. What Committee are you serving on?

I'm on Interchurch Relations CoC and also the Secretary of the Nominating Committee.

I'm contemplating a floor nomination for a permanent committee.

:gw:

B&O is the most important committee and I'm glad you are on it.

Do you want to try and get together at GA?

This will be the first time I will be on a committee, so I figured what the heck, go for B&O!

Sure! Lets get together. I'll be at the Westin across from the Convention Center. Are you going to try and go to that Seminar on the Westminster Assembly?

Is anyone else going?

If I came they would look at me like I was an alien, being a Baptist and all....but hey, at least I am not the one with BO.....

And boy will Fred get looks when he nominates the floor for membership in a permanent committee!

They will wonder where you guys came from!

:headscratch: <---- Wayne saying, "I don't smell anything. Do you smell anything?"

:smash: <---- Fred saying, "I nominate the floor, second, and the motion passes! The floor is now a member of the permanent committee."

:broccoli: <----- the floor with a permanent.......

Are there any big issues being dealt with this year in the PCA? [/quote:e430746200]

Based on the Overtures sent in so far, it looks pretty tame. But Presbyteries have till 5/14 to send something in.

Phillip,

You are more than welcome to come to GA as a guest. Who knows you may end up.....naaaa I just can't see you baptizing them babies :jaw:
